This instrument is used to study forward bias and reverse bias characteristics of a PN-Junction Diode. Four moving Coil D.C. Deluxe Meters are provided on the front panel of the instrument. Two independent D.C. Regulated Power Supplies (0-2V) and (0-20V) are provided with in the instrument.
